Avon Ohio Residential Pressure Washing and House Washing Near Veterans Memorial Park

Another Avon property recently received a full exterior cleaning from Tsunami Softwash Pro. This residential pressure washing project included a two story vinyl home along with driveway and patio concrete cleaning.

The home was then rinsed using a low pressure system designed for siding, brick, window frames, soffits, fascia, and exterior gutters.

After the house wash we moved to the driveway and patio surfaces. Concrete is porous which allows dirt, algae, and organic buildup to embed deep within the surface over time.

The concrete was pre treated to loosen the buildup before being professionally cleaned to restore the natural appearance of the driveway and patio.

To finish the project we rinsed the entire exterior gutter system along with the soffits, fascia, and downspouts to ensure all cleansers and residue were fully removed.

The result was a complete exterior transformation. The siding returned to a bright clean appearance, the brick ledges were restored, and the driveway and patio looked dramatically better.
